  Complete this form if you:

  • Have a turnover of less than $1 million and need a maximum of 10 Individual Barcode Numbers (Global Trade Item Numbers - GTINs) or a pack of 10 individual barcode numbers (GTINs).

  • NOTE: Processing delays may be experienced if you apply using these forms. 

  • Apply online to receive your numbers immediately.

• Full membership application (GS1 Complete)
  Complete this form if you:

  • Have a turnover greater than $1 million

  • Need more than 10 Individual Barcode Numbers (Global Trade Item Numbers - GTINs)

  • NOTE: Processing delays may be experienced if you apply using these forms. 

  • Apply online to receive your numbers immediately.

• GLN application

  Complete this form if you wish to apply for Global Location Numbers (GLNs) (A number that is assigned to locations) only.
